It only takes a few seconds to read about offside or check which actions are punishable by a yellow or rd card. All the latest changes in football are literally at your fingertips. Now every referee, coach, football player, commentator or fan in the world can learn Laws of the Game by reaching for their smartphone and downloading the first official The IFAB app in Google Play or App Store.
World-class Football
Previously, they were only available as a printd book or online on a website.
